It is my belief that a strong therapeutic relationship sets the foundation for healing in counseling. In connecting and allowing ourselves to be seen and known by another, we experience revelation that prompts real change.  I strive to create a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental space for you to be known.

Healing from past wounds can free you to live with more abundance, maintain meaningful relationships, and have hope for your future. Carl Rogers said, "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." Compassion, curiosity, and acceptance are foundational in how I believe true healing happens. 

To acknowledge and lean into our discomfort through therapy is one of the bravest things we can do. Change is a process, and growth can be uncomfortable. It is my belief that therapy can provide the scaffolding needed to build and live the life you hope for, unburdened by patterns or wounds that no longer serve you.
